By accessing or using the LowLevelDesign Mastery website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by them.
The Service and its original content (including but not limited to videos, code examples, diagrams, text, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of LowLevelDesign Mastery.
We offer subscription plans and one-time/lifetime access options. Prices are in INR for Indian customers and USD for the rest. Access to the course content is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
In no event shall LowLevelDesign Mastery, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Access upon subscription. Upon successful subscription, you receive immediate access to the entire site — all modules, all problems, code repositories, and educational content.
Cancellation. You can cancel your current subscription on your Billing & Invoices page. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next billing. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will have continued access for the remainder of that period — but you will not receive a refund.
Termination. We may deny you access to all or any part of the Services or terminate your account with or without prior notice if you engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or the rights of LowLevelDesign Mastery, or is otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, we will terminate access without providing any refund.
Refunds. All fees paid or accrued in connection with any Services are non-refundable. We will not prorate any fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term.
